What Is It?

I always say, "You can't pour from an empty cup!"

Moms (+Non)'s Evening Out was birthed out of the current level of my Self-Love Journey. *Yes, BeLoved, I am on this journey too!* I found myself always tired, irritable, frustrated, and in need of a break! I knew I needed something more. I was ready to find the things that refilled MY cup, and getting my nails done + taking naps just wasn't cutting it!

Thus, I found myself on a new mission, to find out what Coach Ja'Nessa likes, dislikes, and what feeds her soul! Moms + Non's Evening Out is simply an invite to other women (mothers and non-mothers alike) to join me on the journey of Self-Discovery! We meet once a month and I'm always on the hunt for NEW, FUN, and DIFFERENT events & activities for us to do together!

We're just a group of women, from all walks of life, who are being intentional about choosing ourselves and loving on ourselves through prioritizing time and space, to refill our needs.
